How to Set up stripe for WooCommerce Store

Among the ways of accepting online, secure payments in your WooCommerce store is setting up Stripe. To integrate Stripe with your WooCommerce store, follow these steps:

1. Create a Stripe account

Go to Stripe.com and create a business account.

2. Install the Stripe WooCommerce plugin

In your WordPress admin dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin, search for “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway“, and install the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin.
 

 

3. Connect to your Stripe account

In the WordPress dashboard, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments, toggle on Stripe and log into your Stripe account.
 

 
Click the Create or connect an account button.
 

 
You’ll be redirected to connect.stripe.com where you can either connect to an existing Stripe account or create a new one.
 

 
Whether you connected to an existing account you were already logged into or you created a new Stripe account, once you connect to our Stripe plugin you’ll be redirected back to the WordPress admin dashboard. In the Account Details section, click the Configure Connection button. Make sure your account is connected and webhooks are configured.
